We became great friends and teammates while serving students for nearly a decade at Timpanogos High School in Orem, Utah. Throughout our careers, we developed, nurtured, and strengthened AMAZING relationships with students and staff; their well-being and happiness were our primary concern.  We are forever grateful for the opportunity we had to inspire and challenge students and staff to strive for EXCELLENCE in all they do.

More than a decade ago, Paul earned his real estate license and quickly established himself as an up-and-coming agent. He has practiced and perfected his craft ever since.

While at breakfast one morning in January of 2019, Barth asked Murphy if he had ever thought about a career in real estate. One thought led to another, and before we knew it, we were on our way to launching the Murphy-Barth Team. Our connections with thousands of students, our work ethic, and our character, set us apart from all competition.  Our transition to real estate has been magical. In fact, guiding our clients through the home buying and selling experience has brought us much joy and satisfaction.  We love connecting—and in many cases reconnecting–with our amazing clients.
